Renting the Roxy

Thank you for your interest in renting the Roxy. Because the Roxy is set up to screen films 365 days a year, our rental availabilities have unique parameters and conditions—and we do not offer rentals on many Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

HOW TO RENT THE ROXY:

(1) To begin the process, please read the Rental Rates and Policies document (linked above) carefully and in its entirety. 

(2) To inquire about a date(s) and/or logistics, costs, and all other details, you must first submit the Rental Inquiry form (linked above).

Please note that we cannot provide information on date availability or costs by phone or email—we need this Rental Inquiry form first. While you may not know all details asked for on the form, please complete with as much information as possible.

(3) Once you have submitted the Rental Inquiry form, you can expect to hear back from us shortly.

(4) Please note that your submission of the Rental Inquiry form is not a confirmation of your rental event or date. A rental event/date is only confirmed after we have provided you with a contract to sign and have received your deposit.
